QTL is steered by a core team with several years of experience in this field. At QTL the vastlyexperienced Advisory Team helps us in understanding the need of organization in the field of material testing.

Mr. Roushan Kumar (Head of the Laboratory) -

Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, he has around 7 years of experience in running a testing laboratory, Business Development, Channel Management, New Market Development, and Marketing with well-known organizations. He looks after the coordination between the lab and industries.

Er. Vijay Kumar Sinha. B.Sc. (Engineering), Civil from MIT, Muzaffarpur. (Technical Advisor)-

Mr. Sinha, a retired S.E, Irrigation Dept, Govt. of Bihar. He has been one of the founder engineers of Sulabh International, devoting a great part of his career on deputation from Govt. of Bihar to Sulabh. With his vast and versatile background in the civil sector, his expertise plays an important role in the whole testing process. His association with QTL ensures a quality and satisfactory services to the clients.

Er. Prem Chandra Mishra. B.Sc. (Engineering), Civil from BIT, MESRA (Technical Advisor) -

Mr. Mishra, a retired Executive Engineer, RCD, Govt. of Bihar & Govt. of Jharkhand (VRS Taken). He has a very long experience in the field of construction of Buildings, Bridges, Tunnels, Roads. With his vast and versatile background in the civil sector, his expertise plays an important role for our valuable customer satisfaction in terms of continuation works in various fields as mentioned above. His associations with Quality Test Lab Pvt. Ltd. ensure a quality and satisfactory services to the clients.

Mr. Deepak Kumar (Quality / Technical Manager) -

Mr. Deepak holds a diploma in Civil Engineering and has a vast experience of more than 23 years in handling civil work for Power projects and other similar large projects. His long industry association helps in streamlining the testing process and ensures that all quality checks are taken care of so that accurate test results are obtained. He has also undergone training for Laboratory Quality Management System and Internal Audit as per the IS/ISO/IEC 17025 from BIS and Testing of Cement, Aggregate and Building Material, from NTH.

Mr. Rabi Bhushan, (Assistant Quality Manager) –

Mr. Rabi Bhushan completed his graduation in B. Sc. Chemistry in 2004. He also holds a diploma degree in Pharmacy. He is having a vast experience in the chemical industries. He has also undergone training for Laboratory Quality Management System and Internal Audit as per the IS/ISO/IEC 17025 from BIS.

Mr. Purushottam Singh, B.Tech, Mechanical (Analyst) -

A graduate in mechanical engineering with about four years of experience, he looks after the steel testing section. He has been trained on Testing of Structural Steel and Concrete Mix Design, from NTH, Kolkata.

Mr. Santosh Kumar (Sr. Analyst) -

Mr. Santosh, a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering has more than 8 years of experience in building & road material testing. He has worked at various projects of NHAI projects. He has been trained on IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (internal training).

Mr. Manish Kumar Jha (Sr. Analyst) -

Mr. Manish, a graduate in Chemistry has more than 6 years of experience in building & road material testing. He has worked in NABL accredited laboratory New Delhi & Patna. He has also undergone training for Laboratory Quality Management System and Internal Audit as per the IS/ISO/IEC 17025 from BIS

Mr. Mukesh Kumar (Analyst) -

Mr. Kumar a graduate (PCM), has more than 9 years of experience in quality testing activities including lab testing as well as onsite testing and is an important part of the testing team at QTL.

Mr. Krishna Kumar Jaiswal (Analyst) -

Holds a diploma in Civil engineering with a total work experience of 5+ years. He has also undergone training on Testing of Structural Steel and Concrete Mix Design, from NTH, Kolkata.

Miss. Pratichi Baskar (Analyst) –

Miss. Pratichi holds a post graduate degree in Environmental Science. She has more than 3 years of experience in chemical testing.

Mr. Manish Kr Chaudhary. (Analyst) –

A graduate in Chemistry, Manish, in a short span of 1 year looks after all the chemical tests of steel and water.

Mr. Kundan Kumar. (Sr. Analyst) –

With a B. Tech in Civil Engineering and an experience of 3.5 years, Kundan is an important member of the testing team. Apart from being involved in the physical tests at the lab, he also guides the analysts making sure that they conduct the tests as per the relevant and standard procedures.

Mr. Digant Keshav ( Analyst) –

A diploma holder Digant has 3+ years of experience in quality testing. Apart from testing, he is also involved in the activities related to the compliance of the NABL standards.

Mr. Yaksh Raj. ( Analyst) –

A civil engineer with a B. Tech degree, Yaksh has around 2 years of experience in the testing activities. He has an experience of working at site as well as in the laboratory environment.

Mr. Sonu Kumar (Analyst) –

Sonu holds a B. Tech in Civil Engineering. Although he has less experience as compared to the other members at QTL, yet he is a quick learner and in a short span of 6 months has shown that he has immense potential.
